We understand that life moves in mysterious ways. If your plans change, please let us know as early as possible.
For single-day bookings:
Cancellations made 29 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15 to 28 days prior will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
For multi-day events or retreats:
Cancellations made 43 days or more before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 29 to 42 days prior will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations made within 28 days are non-refundable.
We hold compassion for unforeseen or extenuating circumstances—please reach out to discuss.
Each journey is unique, and we’re open to meeting yours with understanding.
For events with food and/or 15+ attendees, a $130 cleaning fee may apply.
This is assessed case by case and based on the nature of your event.
We trust you to hold this space with the same care, presence, and intention with which it was created.
To honour the harmony and sanctity of Inspiration Space, we ask that the following guidelines be observed:
Time Awareness
Please respect your allocated booking time, including set-up and pack-down, as other bookings may follow.
Start and finish times must be strictly observed.
Set-Up & Pack-Down
These are the responsibility of the hirer.
- Please do not move any fixtures, plants, objects, or equipment without prior approval.
- If any blinds were pulled down, kindly return them to the upright position before leaving to ensure sufficient light for the plants.
Cleanliness
Leave the space as you found it—clean, tidy, and rubbish-free. Excess cleaning will incur an additional fee.
Food & Beverages
Inspiration Space does not su
pply food or drink. Please bring what you need and take all leftovers and containers with you.
Damage & Breakages
Any damage to the venue, furnishings, or equipment is the hirer's responsibility and may incur repair or replacement costs.
Smoke-Free Environment
This is a non-smoking venue. We thank you for upholding its purity.
Consulting Rooms (when in use)
When therapists are using the consulting rooms, bathroom access is via the external door. A key will be provided for your convenience.
Key & Security Protocols
If using the key box:
- Ensure all lights and air conditioners are turned off.
- Lock both front and back doors.
- Activate the alarm system.
- Return the key securely to the lockbox.

All applications are assessed individually. Approval is not guaranteed but is always considered with care.
Make special requests at the time of application and noted in writing.
Any variations to the agreement may incur additional charges.
Bond: To protect the integrity of the space:
A $200 security bond is required unless waived by the venue coordinator.
This bond will be returned after the event if all conditions are met.
Confirmation of Booking
Your booking is only confirmed upon written approval, receipt of payment, and signed agreement.
